Rob: I have always been car crazy, especially old cars. I have re-built a few over the years.

I first saw the PT Cruiser in a Sydney newspaper article in 2000, and loved the look of the PT. I cut out the article and kept it. Later we moved to Coffs Harbour.

In 2003, and after several trips to Queensland (and driving Lyn and her Dad, Max, crazy from looking at so many second hand PT Cruisers), I finally bought a new one locally. FireFly has won many awards in local and state car shows.

Lyn: I have never liked boring cars. In fact, I found all cars boring until we bought FireFly. We started going to car shows and I saw how PT Cruiser owners give their cars a theme. I quickly realised that these cars can be fun.

The Black Pearl was purchased in 2005. The Black Pearl has won awards in local car shows. Sometimes displayed with a pirate theme, other times a 1940’s theme.

Early 2008 we decided to start a PT Cruiser hire car business. Therefore we purchased Black Onyx. We christened Black Onyx before we bought her.

We have added the same accessories to Black Onyx as on The Black Pearl. We call them The Twins!

- We carry a Bride Emergency Kit. The kit’s contents include Hairspray, panadol, bobby pins, safety pins, hand sanitizer, tissues, lipsticks, band aids etc.
